Order processing ends at 5:00PM daily and orders placed after 5:00PM will be prioritized starting at 9:00AM the next business day.

1.How long is the delivery date?

Our delivery date is 4-10 business days, of which orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipping time is 3-7 business days.

2.Shipping time and freight

We ship from 2641 S Rybolt Ave, Indianapolis, Indiana, where your aquarium landscaping accessories will ship from after you place your order.

For all US orders, we ship using FedEx Express. Shipping time is 3-7 business days .

The delivery is free for order over $20. For orders under $20, we will charge a $4 delivery fee.

3.What should I do if the shipping time is too long?
